Ohhh, now this is a great question. Topics range from creative expression, spiritual practices, menopause, procrastination, to crisis management. The topics are ofren vetted through feedback, conversations, and people saying “Oh, I wish I had a group of friends to talk to about this!”.

Excellent question. HSC and Learning Up Communities are welcoming, inclusive, liberal, and supportive to social justice causes such as: migrant justice, LGBTQAI+, women’s rights, black and brown rights, disability rights, and definitely open minded about:

• sexuality

• gender or self expression

• breaking “rules” (creative ones first, please!)

• language first - you be you and talk, express, use your voice

• challenges that we humans face such as climate change, AI, housing crisises, healthcare, and wealth inequity.

I believe the only way you find yourself is by trying new things, being open to taking risks, and the willingness to step into discomfort to grow.
