At Her Spirit Creates, I am looking to create a space where women reclaim their creative fire. This sounds really woo woo and it is YET, I think there is something too it.
I have learned to use creativity as a sacred practice and doing the work to listen to, and trust in, my inner wisdom as guide. I love being in community with other women who “get it”. This is my Spirit Squad and Posse who I want to spend my time AND attention with. I have realized many women feel the need for connection, especially as we age and have shared life experiences and frankly, want more.
Her Spirit Creates leads the transformation where creativity, community, and courage converge to help women define themselves through artistic expression and spiritual journeying.
MISSION

What We Do
Her Spirit Creates empowers women to rediscover their creative identity through hands-on art-making, spiritual practices, and transformative community experiences—both in-person and online.
We guide (encourage, support, coach, and empower) people, and especially women who are menopausal, plus/minus empty nesting or family cargiving. Women who parent others (biological or not) and often are “exausted” and STILL HAVE DESIRE to create. learn. grow.evolve.
Move from creatively “challenged” to creatively curious
Stop saying “I’m not creative” and really, I mean really, begin to see they actually are.
Build relationships with other creative spirits, or “wanna be’s”, through various art modalities (or ways of making art and expressing oneself.). To have a tribe. People who get you. Who you want to spend time with because they EXPAND you vs. SHRINK you.
Share your voice. Find your voice. Express your voice. Use your voice. Appreciate your voice. Create change with your voice. Create YOU with your voice. Her Creative Voice matters.

Imagine a space that is fun, open feels psychologically safe and free to be yourself. It’s a sacred spot where creativity allows you to find your voice, express yourself and let’s claim “I’m a creative badass”. (Even if your gremlin is trying to convince you you aren’t).
