NODS: Masterclass videos

Classes worth taking.

I began my journey to give NODS and grow my mind, body, and spirt by enrolling in activities and courses that will expand me. And that I would give my full attention to learning, engaging, and doing the work. Even if it’s worksheets. (Just do ‘em, I say to myself. You know they work).

After researching a bit, I decided to buy an annual Masterclass subscription. I figured, there were enough classes there and some of my Spirit Squad teaching classes.

I’m less than a month in, and I friggen love this learning portal .

It’s brilliant. Engaging. So empowering. Insightful and mind sparking for me. I want to make a list of the shows I have watched and recommend them (or not).

Backstory for how I got to this NOD for Masterclass

In 2026, my Power Word, Word of the Year is…

ATTENTION.

I decided that will all the rage bait on social media, headlines meant for horror and clickbait, as well as being tired of only reading doom and gloom, I decided to create forward.

This means…create my life forward. Think ahead. Become who I want to be by the decisions I make today. Less doom scrolling and more learning. Growing and thriving, not shrinking and withering away. I wanted a virtual learning platform where I could take all sorts of classes to make me think, question, challenge, and actually KEEP my ATTENTION.

I believe in learning. Growing. Developing, Maximizing.

And Masteclass is a damn great platform.
