I promise to not fix/save you or show you "the way". I promise to provide a safe space for your inner longings and desires to unfold through self reflection, introspection, laughter, and with female energy/support.
I promise to encourage you to become who you are without any expectations of who you "should" be.
I promise to gently support your risk taking, reinvention, growth, courage, and resilience.
I promise to celebrate your clarity and the sacred discovery of you being you.
I promise to challenge that negative voice, the self doubt, the perfectionism, and less-than-ness in a way that empowers you to move from being stuck and unfilled. We’ll name that Gremlin, and make expressions of it!
I promise to help you restore faith in yourself, other women, spiritual journeying, and creating a life that feels less like seeking and more like finding. With a bit of adventure, raucous laughter, and deep reflections.
I promise to support a less comparison life and more of a ownership of your life. Let’s get real with the whole living authentically and in alignment with your values. Not just an meme-worthy trite saying…I mean REALLY make the choices and change behavior.
I promise to support a lifestyle that feels less busy and more meaningful by awakening that small voice inside screaming for you to be a woman who is seen and heard. And be as loud. Proud. Over-the-top. Or whoever you are. Show up. Use your voice.
I promise you'll start to challenge your hamster wheel life that feels like you are living Groundhog Day. Let’s paint that groundhog. Or make it our spirit animal. Or just pet it and tell it, life will be ok. Ok?
