Spirit Squad

My Spirit Squad group, aka P-posse, are the women in my life who bouy me.

• They are my “sisters in spirit” (<- which happens to be especially meaningful since I”m technically an only child)

• They are my cheerleaders, truth tellers, trusted confidants, and my people who keep me aligned with my own spirit and with that of my Divine. 

• These women, and a few good men, keep me real. They call me out. They remind me of my strengths. They laugh at me, and most definitely with me. They have earned my trust, my respect, and unapologetic love.

• My Posse is a circle of women who more now, than ever, is essential to my living a whole, holy, and holy-makeral life. 

  In fact, Her Spirit Creates, may not be here without them. My spirit squad over the last decade have helped me to become who I am today.

  • Who brings trusted guidance and friendship? 

  • Who has impacted your life so positively she knows her impact on you? And you know yours? 

  • Who can see the best of you even through grief, anger, confusion, discomfort and you want to do the same for them?

  • Who challenges your mind, heart, and spirit to stay true….stay true to yourself, as the beautiful and imperfect creations we are?

  • Who are your go-to people to share your exciting news, your darkest fears and your challenges with identity, guilt, shame or all the crap we are supporting each other moving far away from?

  • Who honors your laughter and tears? Whose do you want to share?

  In a world full of shallow, fake, snap-filtered or AI’d up, or “Insta/FB/BlueSky/ Substack worthy” (←fill in your favorite social media platform)

  it’s refreshing to be with real, divine women,

  who lift your spirit, engage your spirit, and remind you we are all divine and kickass people.
